Working hard, in everything but school.
So my schoolwork isn't very hard, just tedious. I do online school and for the past 6 years ive got all A's, except for last year and this year, because they added some dumb features and my motivation is non existent. One of these features is uploading a portfolio, they added for no reason at all a requirement to fill it out twice, once in the download and again in the assignment.
The thing is, I can do hard work, I know this because I spent an entire 2 weeks playing a game I hated just so I could get a very small buff in a game I actually liked, and I did not enjoy one second of it. But when I open up school there's zero desire to do it. I see it, it's there, I know what to do, but nothing convinces me to do it. I just feel no pressure at all even with tens of overdue. The only reason I didn't fail last year is because my parents thought I'd flunk out even though I only had 40 overdue and have come back from that before, but now they think I can do it and I have no motivation to do it.
