Needing some help

I’m trying to find and buy shoes from the new balance store on Amazon that are 8.5 2E for women’s. My issue is, every pair I’ve bought have been too tight in the toe box. But the pair I bought from the good feet store are a perfect fit. Do I just have to buy from a retailer or directly from the new balance website? I want to get a few more pairs for me for work so I don’t wear out the one pair so quickly.
