SCH or Miscarrige?

6w today. Had a euploid FET, my ultrasound at 5w4d went well they saw a gestational sac and a yolk sac (?) and HCG was 9000

Today I felt wetness in my underwear and saw some bright red blood and a few small clots about the size of a pea. I have mild cramping ( but I kind of always do?)

I put in a pad and nothing has been leaking to the pad but when I wipe there is bright red blood

The nurse told me to monitor and to stop taking baby aspirin but I’m so so worried.

Is the most likely scenario a SCH or a miscarriage? Looking to hear if anyone experienced this
