I don’t get it

For the long and short of it I’ve been trying to manifest my ex back and I thought I was doing everything right. I completely decided, was robotically affirming and using subliminals, worked heavily on my self concept, ignored the 3d the best I could and refused to check the 3d and barely wavered. The only two things are is that I’ve told my best friend I was trying to manifest him back and I’m friends with my exes new girlfriend.

Today went down terribly though and I found out that my best friend was spreading that I was ‘obsessed’ with my ex still and that im basically crazy. Told both him and the girlfriend, I told the girlfriend that I didn’t want him at all (I panicked) and she went and told him and he went and told my best friend that the girlfriend told me everything. Now my best friend isn’t talking to me, my ex prolly hates me and I don’t even know if I wanna be with him anymore. Everything feels like it’s going downhill.

I thought everything was going okay and I don’t know what to do anymore. Any help would be appreciated and I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense.
