No tier 2 reward while in tier 3? (Ashwood survival)

So I just exfilled in cursed survival on ashwood on round 51. I was in tier 3 cursed, but I didn’t get any of the tier 1 or tier 2 rewards. Do you really have to be only in tier 2 to get the rewards?
