Will mineral oil damage comfort grips?

Hey guys! I recently bought some new comfort grip (the red and blue multi-part) pliers. I probably should have gone with the dipped red handles for the ultimate chemically inert experience, but I feel like those aren't as comfortable and tend to slide off eventually.

Anyway, I use mineral oil extensively and my tools pretty much get soaked in the stuff. It's very pure (food grade), but it's still a petroleum oil. Will they, over time, soak into the soft blue parts of the grip and degrade them? I know cheaper grips get destroyed, but since Knipex is a premium brand I'm hoping they'll be a bit more resilient.

Any help would be welcome!
