I want a little ferret baby 🥹

Hi! I have a question for yall! I love ferrets so much and i am finally ready to get a pet! But i don't know where to start...

I want a ferret who isn't mean my mom is very reluctant to buy me one because all the one's she's met have been super aggressive

How should I get one? Whats the best way to raise it? Do they need anything special? I need a full ferret education! I would love if you guys could help me : )
