Why was SAT Schoolday's grammar so hard???

Vocab and reading comp was light. dam was grammar hard (I'm usually good at grammar, only getting reading comp wrong)

there was like a question that was like....

[something]; that [something] (choose some punctuation) (something)

I literally could not make sense of it.
