So I lost my asura+ premium for some reason today anyone else having this issue

i renewed it (yearly) in october november or december but to fix it there asking for exact dates billing details, you also need to have premium to join the discord as a customer you should be able to report it or at least ask questions in the discord if they havent joined it before hand and they should figure it out themselves, not you having to find exact information.
