New Model Y FSD won't turn on

I picked up a model on Monday with FSD.

I saw a steering wheel with a blue circle around it in the screen while driving home but was never able to enable self driving.

I've driven 100 miles and when I double click the right wheel I get an error that autosteer isn't enabled.

I've rebooted the computer several times and looking for any other suggestions before I commit to a service appointment next week.
