I have been sitting here trying to wrap my head around these two questions. (The first q answer is alcohol withdrawal) For the first question, how can we rule out cocaine intoxication? Is it just because urine tox is negative, or is it also based on clinical presentation? If its just urine tox thats so confusing to me because sometimes NBME will say finidngs are normal and be like JK thats a trap! And then in the second question, is it cocaine intoxication because the blood pressure is really high? Wouldn't opioid withdrawal also present with that?

Thanks in advance for the help I am so confused and hope this also helps future people who are also so confused by this
