Unable to save in re5 and re0

im so frustrated, i just bought re5 wanting to replay it to revisit memories from the xbox 360 days i used to have with it and guess what, it cant save i js launched the game and new game saving content then failed to save ive tried EVERYTHING including doing the ransomware thing in the windows defender and turned it off but didnt work tried looking for permission issues but nothings wrong with that and for the matter, its installed on D drive not C, please someone help im very desperate and to say its the same issue with re zero but ive had no issue with any other re games at all only those cursed 2
