Chicken gasping for air and boogers coming out of one nostril

What’s the best action to take for helping a chicken with these symptoms.

I noticed her gasping yesterday and today I noticed more gasping and something that looks like grey boogers in one nostril coming over her beak.

She doesn’t gasp 24/7.

Also she might have a soft crop but that part I’m not sure about I have to wait till the morning to see if her crop empties.
