Where to shop? Need something nice for my Dad’s funeral next week.

(55F) Just like the title says. I need some options on where to shop to get something fast. I need something nice and black and not too expensive. Probably a size 22. Don’t really know as I avoid shopping and have not gone in 5 years. Budget is around $95, maybe $120 if I have to buy shoes too.
