I (24m) can’t make a move on my girlfriend (25f)

This isn’t as serious as most topics discussed in this sub but idk who else to talk to. For background me and this girl have been talking / dating for about 4 months and I really really like her. We’re officially boyfriend and girlfriend as of last week but this is both our first relationships so quite inexperienced. We see eachother at least once a week, normally one to one but sometimes group settings with friends. So far we’ve kissed 3 times, but all of them were goodbye kisses whilst either of us was leaving each others house (and sorta awkward kisses too) and when we see eachother we mostly just chat and watch tv and cuddle but not much more than that. We’ve met each others parents and friends etc and message each other pretty much nonstop everyday. But I don’t know how/can’t seem to elevate the relationship to the next level. I want to be clear I’m not talking about sex, I have a feeling that’s a long way away. But I want more and I think she does too. Are we taking it too slow? And if so, how do I speed things up to benefit the both of us?
