18.7.7 update fails

So he’s the thing, my wife has an iPad that it’s eligible for iOS 26, and I saw that they released 18.7.7, so thought what the hell might as well get it the latest security updates.

So the iPad downloaded the update, prepared the update and before installing did the usual verify, at which point it report that the update is temporarily unavailable.

I’ve try this 5-6 times, at various times of day since the download/release and it reports the same thing, how do I get it to either forget the whole process, or redownload the update and try again?
