Positive Test after 2 losses

I had an ectopic treated with MTX October 2025. Then I had a Chemical in January, did not try Feb and just got a positive yesterday. I will be 4weeks tomorrow & im super nervous.

How does everyone deal with the anxiety? I also am supposed to do a 5k mid run on the 18th and that’s making me nervous.

Anything recommendations would be much appreciated 😊
