Anyone else get weird bleeding on wegovy + nexplanon?

I'm on wegovy (2.4 mg, started aug 2025) and I've had nexplanon for almost 10 year and due for replacement in December.

For years, I barely bled at all. maybe random spotting here and there but nothing like this

starting in march (and now again in april) right at the beginning of the month, i’ve been getting like… period-ish symptoms??

- light spotting (not heavy at all)

- more brown/reddish than bright red

- lasts like 3–4 days

- lower back pain like a period

It’s not a full period, just feels like one? if that makes sense

I’ve also lost like ~25–30 lbs.

So idk if it’s the weight loss, hormones shifting, wegovy, or just nexplanon being annoying after all these years 😭

Has anyone else had their bleeding pattern change like this? especially after losing weight?

Not super concerned, just confused
