to the girls who have period irregularity, pls help

I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this, or if this is even caused by my ed. Anyways, I've always had amenorrhea (about 2 years now) with some months having super light spotting and some just none. However recently, I noticed I'm having a non-stop persistent spotting of period blood; but it's not the usual red blood, it's the type that's brown (old blood). And I'll get a very slight amount of this every single day, but still no actual period cycle or actual red blood flow. It's just always brown and only about like 3 drops, and it never goes away. It's been like this for about 2 months now, and my doctor is unaware of my ed so I haven't been able to get proper insight or checkups. I know I should, but it's going to be a lot to deal with at once. I just want to know for now if anyone else experiences this.
