Stuck in a language barrier country & unschooled 😭

So this is like near maximum isolation scenario. I've been homeschooled my entire life and unschooled since I was like...12? For context I'm almost 17...

Education is one thing. Yes it's bad and I'm gonna have to figure that out. But I really want some sort of like...social life? I'd be happy with even like one good friend I swear I don't even ask for much bro 😭 but I'm American and have lived in Europe for years now, don't know the language of this country because of my shitty ass non-existent education here. Also my sole interest is like kind of niche and the vast majority of people my age couldn't give a fuck about it (it's birdwatching bro 😭).

I just feel like there's not really much I can do? I'm js trapped 5000 miles from any chance of a life right now. I mean I really don't want to become depressed or anything but my situation right now does make me really really sad :(
