PSLF Regulation - Support Congressional Review Act Repeal

The American Bar Association is leading the uphill fight to overturn the recent PSLF regulation (scheduled to take effect 7/1/2026) via the Congressional Review Act. Although the regulation is also being challenged by nonprofits, cities, and states in three separate lawsuits, the ABA's effort is Congress' opportunity to repeal the recent changes to the PSLF regulation that would allow employers to be disqualified as eligible.
