W&M or UIUC help me decide

~ 50k scholarship to W&M would make coa around 50k per year. ~30k scholarship to UIUC coa around 43,500 per year. My main goal out of law school is as much flexibility as possible since I don't entirely know what type of law I want to do, government seems the most interesting right now. I would be comfortable ending up in either Chicago or DC/Virginia postgrad. Any advice would help.
