Will vbeam help this

So I had cosmetic surgery on my ear and I’m left with an area that looks purplish veiny looking on both ears. It’s been almost a year. It was bruised bad in this area. AI said it could be iron staining from blood around a permanent suture. It recommended vbeam. Does vbeam help stuff like that?
