How Darkners have years of personal history and relationships while being given form just recently?

Basically the title. Im somewhat confused at how (for example) Spampton and Tenna can have history of knowing (and working?) with each other, how Qeeen and King know each other? If all but the Dark fountain in the supply closet (ralsei castle) and maybe old classroom, were created very recently, in Tenna's example - litteraly hours ago. I have a hard time wrapping my head around it.
