Insulin injections

This may be an odd question but where is everyone injecting their insulin? I know when I was first on insulin they had told me I could do my thighs and stomach. Since I’m pregnant, my stomach freaked me out a bit but they said since I was only on 1 needle a day I could just use my thighs and rotate which thigh I use.

Fast forward to now and I’m on 3 needles a day and my thighs are bruised and sore lol. I’m still weird about my stomach. I can’t remember if she had mentioned anywhere else I could inject so until I get in to see her again, I wanted to ask here where people are injecting their insulin.
