Bad vial tirzepatide?

Has anyone has issues with dosage consistency between vials? For the last few weeks, I haven’t felt any of the normal side effects. I was also hungrier, had increased food noise, and gained weight for the first time since starting tirzepatide. I was PMSing and then on my period so I blamed hormones but now that’s all over, I’m worried the real problem is a bad vial? This is my first vial on the subscription model. My last 3 months were one-time purchase, so maybe there’s a quality issue with the subscription versus one-time? Anyone experience dosing issues like this?
