Ekano 2 CF - new bike - setup questions

Ordered a new bike in November, received about 3 months later.

Can't figure out how to get bike into Walk mode.

Also, I can't get coast shift or auto shift to work. If I shift without spinning the crank, I can push the shift button maybe twice, but then it jams up until I pedal the bike.

Documentation makes it seem like they are on all Ekano 2 CFs - but I can't figure it out. No documentation provided from Propain.

Setup two appointments with Propain for support. Both appointments went by without a call...
