Question about AI data scraping

I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I guessed this was the best place to find people who know about and are informed on this topic. My question is this:

Does anyone know if personal notes apps ( like samsung/ apple notes etc.) are scrapped for data to train AI? I remember hearing something about this being the case with google docs a while back.

I don't want my notes I often use for personal stuff or creative ideas, to be used in this way for privacy reasons and my opinion on AI. I couldn't find a clear answer online so I'm asking here.

If this is the case can any one recommend any apps with a policy against AI scrapping or that offer more privacy?
