Just scheduled my consult…

Got my tattoo in January, laser removal consultation scheduled for May. I knew as soon as I got this tattoo I didn’t like it.

I’ve been transparent with the artist that did it. I have another piece by them that I love, and I would go back because I still like their work. They recommended a blastover, but I absolutely don’t want that. I just want to remove it enough to put something over it, unless it starts magically fading really fast.

I have another piece by this artist that I really love right next to it. There were several factors why I don’t love this one. I’m worried about the in between of having a fading tattoo right next to one that’s not, thinking why not just keep it since it would probably blend in to everyone else. But I want to like my tattoos :(

Feeling conflicted but ready to start. Would love to hear similar feelings…
