Need hobby that forces me to take my time

So I'm searching for something that basically makes you go slow, you know? Like if you try to rush through it everything gets messed up and you have to start over. I want something where being patient is the only way to actually finish it properly

Preferably something where I'm actually doing stuff with my hands or moving around, not just sitting still trying to clear my mind. And I'd love to have something real to show for it at the end, like you can actually see what you accomplished

Anyone got ideas for hobbies like this? Something that teaches you patience but keeps you busy at same time
