Blood vessel growth on eyes

Worn contacts for 10+ years with no issues (always been dailies, my prescription is -6).

I started to abuse them about 3 years ago (sleeping in them, over wearing them, not wearing glasses at all).

6 months ago I went for a contact lense check and was told I have mild growth of blood vessels. Changed contact lenses (now have oxygen per tic 175, still dailies). Cut my contact lense wear and haven’t slept with them in since.

I went back 3 days ago for a follow up and there’s no difference, vessels still there… been advised to only wear my contacts for 4 days per week 10 hours a day. I’m fine with this but I just have concerns. I’m actually going to try wear them less than this.

No mention of corneal neovascularisation… in my 20s. But do I have it? Can you have the vessels and not neo? My optician says she isn’t worried and I shouldn’t worry but I am.
