what plans to choose (medical/vision/dental

so im choosing a medical plan and retirement with the state. atm, this is whats important to me.

vision: -extensive vision needs: every 5/6 years i need to get a procedure for my eyes. because of my condition, i got to the ophthalmologist for any and all eye appointments, including basic eye exams for glasses. i wear glasses with lenses that are progressive, anti glare, and also need a prism on them. what plan would be the best for those requirements for me.

dental: -regular cleaning every 6 months

behavior health -therapist that utilizies dbt

i unsure what to choose regarding pers2 or pers3. also wanna interested in the deferred comp program the state has to offer. im also mid 20s so im not really sure where to start. i have a HYSA
