What is the best way to find dates?

I have been searching this sub and asking others i know for several months about the best way to go about finding dates.

I am 30 year old man who has tried multiple ways to find dates. I am on multiple dating apps but in my on and off years of being on them i have received less than 10 total matches, only 1 of which led to a date.

I understand my work life balance sucks. for the last 4 years i have worked two full time jobs at 80 hours a week. i have 4 free days a month. This is because i was responsible for paying alimony until 2033 but recently (this week) my ex wife and i settled on a smaller lump sum to be paid at once and write off the rest of the alimony so i am now officially free! i plan on working both jobs at least through the end of this year to finish up other debt and put some savings away.

I understand having little availability is not attractive to anybody in a relationship. but i also think being financially unstable is an unattractive quality and i wanted to fix that before trying to be serious.

I want to get married again and potentially have more kids. but my lack of understanding of how to organically meet people has hindered this for me. I am not religious. I am an atheist. my dad tells me to go to church and meet a good christian woman but i feel like that would be a waste of time. I am not changing my religious views for a woman and it wouldnt be fair to anyone if they expect a christian based relationship.

I do enjoy going out to bars and hanging out with friends. I was at an irish pub last night with a group of friends and i saw a woman that struck my fancy and mentioned it to my friend. he encouraged me to go offer to buy her a drink. I did, she politely declined, i was nice and said i understood and wished her a wonderful night then went back to my friends where they bought me a consolation shot. this was my first time getting the guts to offer to buy a pretty woman a drink and it brought my confidence down a couple notches.

until i no longer work my second job is it even possible to meet and date and try to find someone? apps obviously arent working since i get 0 interaction on them. my last match was 6 months ago and she never replied to my intro message. Any advice or even anecdotal stories to be shared would be extremely beneficial. thank you all!
