I think someone dropped my bike.

I bought my first bike 3 weeks ago (CFMOTO 675ss) I haven't dropped it yet but when I was cleaning it today, I noticed it had been dropped. Side fender scratches as well as the end of the throttle. Did someone get on it in a parking lot and drop it? Im so confused and pissed at the same time.
