Nothing but problems since update 1.710.30.1
My TV's are D43f-J04 & V505-H9 (both have the same problems) Firmware update 1.710.30.5.10 was installed Nov. 13th 2025. After that upon starting the TV and hitting "back" on the remote, it ALWAYS goes to the useless "my channels" (Pic 2) also when I change channels the info shows at the bottom of the screen along with only the tops of some thumbnails (Pic 1) showing beneath that. I was having this problem since update 1.710.30.1
I've tried unplugging and hard reset with and without WiFi and factory reset, nothing helps.
This has happened to both of my TV's (different models) plus the one at work so I'm sure it's a common problem..
I will NEVER buy another VIZIO product again. This is pathetic.
