Question Post Hearing/Attorney

This is just a question out of curiosity since some of you are incredibly well informed (thanks for all the insights you have provided). I had hearing March 10. There was one more imaging study they were waiting for, so the judge was keeping open for a week after that (tbh this particular imaging really is not related to why I applied but my attorney wanted it to be included in my file).

I remain at Step 3. Judge had said 45 days typically til decision is made. I am curious why some of you mention your attorneys get info sooner than you get a letter? - my attorney knows nothing more than me, nor ever has from what I can tell. I did ask, they just see the same Step 3 info. And they had mentioned to me that I should call them as soon as I get a letter.....
