my fwb kind of ruined sex for me

I was fwb with someone and sex with her always felt amazing. I can’t even pinpoint a reason why it felt so amazing, but it causes problems now in my sex life. now, sex just feels “alright” and im left thinking about the sex i had with my fwb instead and how it just felt so good.

i don’t know why, and im not sure how to get over it. is it some sort of mentality issue? i thought maybe it was just sexual compatibility, but ive tried the same things i did with my fwb, but it just doesn’t feel nearly as good for some reason.
