I-485 Approved Today (NIW PD 09/15/2023)

Providing my timeline for future reference. My PD was current in June 2025, but it was my mistake that I wasn't able to submit the material. Then July - September there's a retrogression on EB2 PD until October 2025 my PD become current again.

I-140 priority date: 09/15/2023, ROW, not from any banned countries, STEM PhD (graduated 2022) with publication and citations, now work in industry as senior engineer. Single and fabulous.

I-485, I-765, I-131 received: 10/02/2025

Biometrics: 10/27/2025 with 1st and 2nd FTA0

I-765 approved: 11/22/2025 (one week before they change 5 years to 18 months)

EAD received: 11/28/2025

I-485 FO transfer: 12/23/2025 my case was transferred to San Fernando Vally (not local)

Interview Waived: 02/24/2026 silent update, EMMA said my interview is waived

Third FTA0: 04/01/2026 with 2 silent updates

I-485 approved: 04/02/2026 with 2 H008

For me third FTA0 is a good sign like many people. No need FTA1, and my I-485 case history in USCIS website was "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent" then "Case Approved" directly.
