Mercedes E220 W212 OM651 Won’t Start

I am having trouble starting my Mercedes E220 W212 with the OM651 engine. Fuel filter is brand new, so that’s probably not the issue.

Does anyone have advice or similar experiences? I’ve made a short video showing live data from Xentry Passthru.
