A bit about myself: I’m a nurse in ICU at a local hospital. I plan on attending grad school in the area soon and decided to put down roots, buy a place and rent the extra space. 2 other people (males) and myself (also male) currently reside here. 1 housemate is a grad student at Tech and the other works as a concierge at a hotel. 3 beautiful friendly doggos live with me in the back quarter of the house and backyard. We keep a clean and quiet atmosphere respectful of common and personal space. As one of us is in school, and I hope to be back in school in the near future, this is important to us. Posted this as Grad Student housing because these things are important to people like that, but if you think you fit the bill don't hesitate. This is a great place to recharge/focus on whatever endeavor is driving you. Looking for 1-year leases but flexible to work with any academic schedules. DM me with any questions.

Happy hunting
