How high of a risk am I at for herpes URGENT

I’ve been super stressed all day since I found out but I got eaten out by my partner yesterday and I couldn’t see any visible cold sores and had no knowledge of this and today I just found out, they were mostly healed ofc to the point where I couldn’t see them and from the pictures I was sent one of them is healed for the most part to the point where it’s not super visible and there isn’t a scab and the other one is the same but has a very tiny scab but it’s not a crusty or open or oozing, it’s again end stage, I’m worried tho because they did this twice yesterday and I don’t know if this is high risk for me like I should almost expect it or if It’s a low enough risk that I should be fine but still watch
