went down 90 points whats the point of it all

got scores back today just to go down from a 1430 to a 1340. been doing practice testing in the high 1400s-low 1500s. this score is literally lower than my psat score. the last time i got a score this bad was the 1330 i got when i went to a center to take a paper test w/o desmos for the first time ever.
i practiced, i slept well that night before it, idk what im doing wrong my only thought is that im burning out?? it seems like the more i try the worse i do. this sucks
