After months of building, ZiaSign is finally live in stable release. Looking for blunt feedback.

Hey everyone,

I’ve been heads-down building ZiaSign, and it’s finally at the point where I’m comfortable calling it a stable release.

The reason I started it was because contract workflows still feel weirdly fragmented. Teams draft in one tool, send for signature in another, track obligations manually or in spreadsheets, and then lose time reviewing the same things over and over.

I wanted one place where that whole flow actually works:

create and manage contracts

send and sign documents

analyze clauses with AI

extract obligations and deadlines

support negotiation workflows

track renewals

We built specialized AI around contract work instead of just adding a generic assistant, which ended up being a much harder product to build than I expected.

What’s live now:

stable release

439+ templates

usage-based pricing

AI contract workflow features end to end

I’m sharing it here because I want real feedback, not polite feedback.

If you work with contracts, legal ops, sales ops, HR docs, procurement, or anything similar:

What do you hate most about your current process?

What would make you actually try switching tools?

Which matters more to you: accuracy, simplicity, pricing, or speed?

If you want to check it out, it’s at ziasign.com.

Happy to answer anything, including criticism.
