AVOID ULTRAHUMAN

I purchased my ultra human air ring in March 2025 and the hardware has just malfunctioned causing it to be unusable. Customer support is saying that the only thing they can do is offer an $85 trade in for a new ring. I spent $350 on the original ring a year and two weeks ago. Ironic timing for it to break two weeks outside of the warranty window 🧐
