I was thinking I can be delusional, but now I am 100% sure coffee(and before methylphenidate I used to be on) is causing awful hair loss with hair thinning.

I feel so relieved by seeing some of u can also see it. I don't know if I have some vascular problem or unusual cortisol level outside of drinking coffee, because most people only see it on amphetamines or Vyvanse, but in my case the coffee already is causing visible difference.

I used to be really dependent on coffee and drink up to 10 cups a day, so it's so incredibly hard to go off it. Mood swings, anxiety attacks and low energy levels are still pretty common for now. Right now I'm trying to drink only 1 or 2 cups a day and switch for tea more often(I know it still has caffeine, but going off completely would be impossible and I would come back to it).

But I am kind of sad, that people didn't believe me, that the majority of my problems are influenced by stimulant intake and even advised me to stay on meds. I am diagnosed with ADHD and I still believe I have it, but stimulants in my case are just a bad and harmful idea. Both coffee and methylphenidate are causing hair loss, hot flashes, feeling "knocked out" pretty quickly- and many more negative symptoms.
