MRI tech aide application advantages

Will me being a MRI Tech aide at the same hospital my program is at give me an advantage to getting accepted to my program that accepts roughly 12-20 out of 400-500 applicants? I know the obvious answer is probably yes but idk some may have still gotten denied. It may just be my nerves talking because I get my decisions next week. I was trying to be strategic by making sure I had some sort of rad tech assistant job on my application. I also have prior experience as a MA and a PCT (also at one of their hospitals) and then I volunteered in the radiology department and in the NICU and then I also shadowed the radiology department. I have a 4.0gpa and have kept a straight A record since 2023 but idk if they really look at our old grades like that if we have a bachelors degree but I did graduate with honors but it was in English. I also applied to their guild program which is only for employees so that when we do get in we get our tuition fully paid for and then we just work for them for 1.5years. So idk if me being on file for the guild program helps in any way so that they know I’m a student who won’t be dropping out to not being able to pay. I did my group interview last week and I do believe I did really well in, if I did bad I would’ve come to terms with that and I was compliment by others by how well I did but that was from other applicants. I’ve always been told I interview well so I’m hoping the interviewers felt I did well too. I’m just really hoping me being an employee for them especially in MRI gives me an advantage with so many other applicants applying.
