Member Services Called

Hey everyone! So I fell behind on my work unfortunately especially with a new member. His services started a little late. The last two weeks the agency and I have been working to get this member the services they need. Spouse was becoming very impatient the last week or so. The agency and I have been in constant communication with this members spouse. I spoke with the spouse stating the agency should have things ready to go (services start tomorrow) but yet my supervisor made me aware that he still called member services on me. Is this something I should be concerned about?
