Questions for those further along

:Advice: ᴀᴅᴠɪᴄᴇ ᴡᴀɴᴛᴇᴅ

We had our formal disclosure 1 month ago (that was postponed for 2 months) that had some new discoveries/information. Since then, Ive gone to 4 SAnon meetings local to me. Have had 3 individual session with CSAT and today had our 2nd couples session.

im taking things 1 day at a time, have made no promises to him. Im still kind of stunned from disclosure and I dont think Ive fully processed it yet.

Our couples session 3 weeks ago, we discussed him redoing his recovery plan with his individual CSAT and that todays session it would be completed and brought to discuss along with his plans for a work trip next week where he will be gone for 3 days. about 15 minutes into the session after a catch up, I had to remind them that we discussed going over this today and that was my expectation for this session.

He said he did work on it, but it was not written down nor notes, just verbal. He rattled off that he'd still be going his CSAT, 12 step group, and that hes started a new morning routine of working out and listening to something that was motivational or educational. Then he went on with his plans for his work trip.

I was fully expecting there to be some kind of written down, thorough recovery plan which should've included drinking and other addiction related things that I asked for. CSAT agreed that he should be able to do that and we can collaborate on it together. Is there some kind of guideline or outline for this? It almost feels half-assed. And Im now waiting again.

I also mentioned that it seems like all this stuff has to wait for sessions and that I feel in the dark all the time. Im trying to get away from momming him but if I dont to some degree, everything drags on.

The other part for me is SAnon. Ive attended 4 meetings so far and Im not really sure how I feel about it. Part of it is trust issues for me, I dont trust people easily and very guarded, moreso after disclosure. The last 3 meetings, there has been 1 person each time that tells the group they've separated, filed for divorce or have ask for a divorce. Its quite scary to me and wonder if this is normal? At the end of the meetings, they seem to group up and start chatting so I decide to slip out and leave. I feel like an outsider or that Im just evesedropping on them.

I think Im feeling this all just too much for me to handle and process. I feel worse off now.
