Women, what are examples of genuine masculinity that are helpful or attractive?

I hear and have heard examples of toxic masculinity, and I wouldn't argue that it definitely exists and have even had former friends who I would consider in the category of "toxically masculine." That being said, not focusing on men who happen to be femme, what are signs of true masculinity that you value and also even consider to be attractive that men have? I look forward to your answers.
