Psychological Thriller, Female Neighbors, Stereotypical Housewife

I watched a movie a few years ago that I am having a very difficult time finding anywhere. It involved two female neighbors, they were kind of "stereotypical" housewives. Big hair, old-school dresses, baking pies.

The two wind up having something of an affair, I believe? I think it was a one-word title. My mind keeps going back to "Suspicion", but I know that isn't it.
